Apartment 1271 presents everything you could ever want from a holiday apartment. It is located on the 27th floor in one of the most popular resorts on the Gold Coast and is situated in the absolute heart of Surfers Paradise.

It is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment that boasts 146 square meters of living space.  It features free Wi-Fi, a free car parking space, fully ducted air-conditioning, and a private balcony with north-eastern views of the gorgeous Pacific Ocean and lush resort grounds. It comprises two bathrooms with marble vanities, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite benchtops, a separate living and dining area, a fully-equipped laundry.

Apartment 1271 is fully self-contained to ensure a hassle-free holiday. It is tastefully furnished with modern décor that includes a leather lounge and flat-panel televisions throughout; one in the living area and one in each of the three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, cups and plates, utensils and cutlery – everything needed for you to be able to stay in and enjoy a home-cooked meal is provided.

The apartment sleeps six guests in its tariffs; however, an additional two guests (8 max) can be accommodated by choosing to hire additional roll-away beds when you make your booking. The bedrooms are spacious and each offers great views of the ocean, Nerang River and Hinterlands and the city of the Gold Coast.

The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom that comprises a toilet, vanity and a large shower with a rainfall showerhead, and it also offers guests access to the balcony through the floor to ceiling glass sliding doors. Bedrooms two and three have floor to ceiling windows which are opening.

The main bathroom comprises of a vanity, toilet and shower/bath combination.

Aside from the impressive offerings of the apartment itself, Chevron Renaissance has a plethora of facilities that are just as impressive. Master bedroom suite: The master bedroom suite contains a king-size bed, walk-in robe, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with granite finishes and includes a hairdryer. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to a private balcony with amazing ocean views. Second bedroom: The second bedroom contains one queen-size bed, a built-in robe and a TV. This bedroom has panoramic views to the mountains. Third bedroom: The third bedroom contains two single beds, a built-in robe and a TV. This bedroom also has mountain views. Main bathroom: The main bathroom has a and basin with granite finishes, bathtub/shower, toilet and a hairdryer. It can also be accessed from the second bedroom.
