Important information about your bond!

Dear Senior,
We hope that you've had a wonderful week of freedom, fun and festivities!

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. In preparation of your departure this weekend, we have created a "Checklist" below to assist you in securing a FULL REFUND of your bond:
  1. Our advice is to check-out as early as possible. We recommend cleaning up the night before so you can get a head start on the traffic. Our office will be open from 7.00am. If you plan to checkout before this time, please contact us PRIOR to departure date for alternative arrangements. In any event, please be sure you have vacated your apartment by no later than 10am. As indicated to you upon check-in, there will be SIGNIFICANT DELAYS on the date of your departure, accessing lifts and carparks. Please anticipate this and organise yourselves accordingly. Remember: late check-out = extra charges (deducted from bond).
  2. Make sure BOTH keys are returned to our office (where you collected them) (+Carpark pass for chevron). Please do not return them to your hotel reception; nor use the hotel's "Express Check-out" system. In the event that we are required to attend the hotel to collect your keys, a call out fee will be deducted from your bond.
  3. Empty your apartments of ALL rubbish (including rubbish bags). There's a garbage shoot on every floor, of every resort.
  4. Wipe down every surface including your balcony.
  5. If there is a build up of sand or dirt on the carpet, tiles or bathtub, please use the vacuum provided.
  6. Wash, wipe and PUT AWAY all clean dishes.
  7. Triple check the condition of the apartment against your obligations under our Housekeeping Rules by going to
  8. Take photos of the apartment upon your departure evidencing your efforts.
  9. On departure, the Premises must be left in a similar state to the condition on arrival. Failure to leave the Premises in a satisfactory state will result in you incurring extra charges. You authorise us to charge you for the additional costs we incur to clean the Premises on your departure if this condition is not observed. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked.
  10. Check-out is at 10:00. Failure to return your key by this time may result in the withholding of your bond. Upon check-out, both sets of keys need to be returned to us at our office. Again, do not return your key to resort reception. Should you lose a set of keys, the replacement charge of $165.00 (per key) will be deducted from your bond without notice and you will not be issued a replacement key.
We again reiterate the importance of forwarding this information to your parents, carers and family so that everyone knows what is expected of you with respect to the care of your accommodation; check-in arrangements; and check-out process.
