COMPLIANCE: HRSP.com.au is a fully licensed, independent real estate agency and is not affiliated with the onsite resort or hotel management. All check-ins and check-outs take place at our Surfers Paradise office (View location: hrsp.com.au/office.pdf). Guests do not check in at building reception. All apartments are fully self-contained with laundry facilities, and professionally cleaned before and after your stay. Guests will not receive housekeeping, room service, concierge or porter service from onsite management. Linen and bath towels are provided.  A complimentary starter pack (tea, coffee, milk, soap, toilet paper, etc.) is supplied, but not restocked during your stay. By confirming your booking, you agree to HRSP.com.au's Terms & Conditions.
