We hope you're as excited as we are for Schoolies! 2021. The final countdown has started.

We are taking this opportunity to remind you of some very important details regarding your Schoolies accommodation:
  1. It is absolutely essential that you read all of the information on our dedicated webpage regarding your 2021 Schoolies: hrsp.com.au/schoolies PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION TO AVOID ANY SURPRISE EVICTIONS.
  2. Check-in is from 2pm- 6pm, unless prior arrangements have been made. Please contact us to discuss whether an earlier check-in (or a check-in after 6pm) has been approved.
  3. We are not located on-site at your resort! Your keys are to be collected from our office located at Shop 2, 3142 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise: . Note: Do not go to reception at the resort.
  4. At least two people from each booking must attend our office to collect their resort keys. These spokespersons MUST provide identification. In addition to your resort keys, we will provide you with your Schoolies ID (lanyards) for each member of the booking.

    Each student will be sent a link by email and SMs to the QLD Checkin app the day before arrival for a virtual checkin.
  5. All the properties managed by HRSP are fully self-contained apartments with full laundry facilities. All apartments are cleaned prior to and after your stay. Apartment linen and bath towels are provided as part of the tariff. Guests are to supply their own beach and pool towels. Daily housekeeping or room servicing is not provided.
  6. Information on your reserved allocated car space will be provided with as part of the check-in details.
  7. HRSP Guests will not receive housekeeping, room service, concierge or porter service from onsite management. GCHR has exclusive management access to a limited number of properties at the building.
  8. Our Terms and Conditions (“T&C’s”) are non-negotiable. You will be asked at check-in about these T&C’s so read them in full by clicking here. Failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions may see you and your entire party evicted. It only takes one to have your group forcibly removed! This is actioned either by resort security, or by Queensland Police Service. Is it therefore completely out of our hands and irrevocable: Once evicted, you will be unable to access your apartment again. Take a moment to think now: We want you to have the best time possible but we need you to remain safe. How will it feel heading home early, no bond and being unable to celebrate the end of highschool? At least one group of guests is evicted every year. Don’t let it be you.
  9. Should you or any of your guests or visitors breach our T&C’s resulting in eviction, please be advised that this will be associated with an immediate loss of bond and your accommodation tariff is non-refundable.
  10. Check-out is at 10am. Failure to return your key by this time may result in the withholding of your bond. Upon check-out, both sets of keys needs to be return to us at our office. Again, do not return your key to resort reception. Should you lose a set of keys, the replacement charge of $165.00 (per key) will be deducted from your bond without notice and you will not be issued a replacement key.
  11. Should you already anticipate your arrival time (after 3pm), we would greatly appreciate a return email indicating your check-in time so that we can better manage our check-in process, and reduce waiting time for you.
  12. During your stay there will be an inspection conducted at least once. A text message will be the day prior to inspection. Providing 24 hours notice.
We again reiterate the importance of forwarding this information to your parents, carers and family so that everyone knows what is expected of you with respect to the care of your accommodation; check-in arrangements; and check-out process.
