The higher your tier, the more benefits you receive, such as FREE Toiletries for your entire stay, not just the starter pack, FREE late check-out of 11:00 am, FREE early check-in of 12:00 pm, and FREE complimentary mid-stay clean.

Mid-stay cleans are available on the following days of your stay: 4th, 8th, 12th etc. If staying only 5 nights, the mid-stay clean will be on the 3rd day of your stay.
Exclusions
- Multiple bookings for the same period
- Changing rooms during a stay is not counted as 2 separate bookings.
- Bookings sourced via online travel agents ie applies only when the next booking was processed directly via our website
