Gold Coast mums and bubs

The Gold Coast is one holiday destination which caters to all – young mums and bubs included. There are plenty of family friendly attractions and activities that mums and bubs can enjoy on the Gold Coast.

1. Mummy Tree Markets

If you like handmade products then you’ll love the Mummy Tree Markets. These markets specialise in offering unique products and services for pregnant mothers, toddlers, children and even mums and dads.

Mummy Tree Markets are held at the Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast and are free to attend.

2. Active Healthy Stroller Group

The Active Healthy Stroller Group is a fun filled outdoor exercise aimed at young mums and their bubs. At this group, you will learn about post-natal exercises to improve fitness, wellbeing and health.

Active Healthy Stroller Group takes place in Southport. Ticket prices to attend a group session are $5.

3. Mums & Bubs Yoga

Mums & Bubs Yoga is a great activity for mothers to enjoy with their young kids. You’ll get to learn all about yoga techniques to strengthen your post-partum body and nourish your mind.

There are various studios that offer Mums & Bubs yoga, however I recommend Yoga For 2 in Burleigh Heads. A 5 class pass is just $90.

4. Prams at the Prix

Prams at the Prix is a weekly event which showcases baby friendly cinemas. At this event, you’ll get to experience the latest comedies, dramas, sci-fi and action flicks.

Tickets to Prams at the Prix are $11. Children under 5 are free.

To have a fun and enjoyable time with your children, young mums and dads must definitely attend the attractions I have listed above. These attractions offer a unique experience that’ll allow parents to bond with their young loved ones.
