Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. This was one of the very worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a business. Use any other holiday booking business and do not waste your money. The lack of any effective or professional communication was unbelievable. To have a room with air conditioning that did not work and they did not care to have this rectified at all!! We spent 4 days unable to sleep properly with no air flow at all and texted them every single day for assistance to be told that it is what it is. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this company! If I could leave a negative star review I would!! TOTAL DISGRACE!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Best accom to chill and enjoy the view rooms are amazing nice size to cater to a family would definitely book again.

The only down side though instructions are easy was the collection of the key and the car park was quite a long way down.

Other then that best location right ib the centre of the gc would definitely book again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Place had great views and was beautiful. The only thing I would change is maybe put a nice plush blanket on the bedding as it was quite cold and I am not a fan of using old blankets out of the cupboard. Other then that great location and we had a pleasant stay thank you

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great communication, easy and seamless check in/out process and we also like that HRSP offer only high quality accommodation at reasonable rates. Our apartment at Hilton Orchid Residence was just lovely! Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely loved everything about staying at Pepper’s Soul. Our apartment had gorgeous ocean views, it was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was brilliant, close to restaurants, shops and entertainment. We will be back!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent location. Easy check-in/out. Great facilities. Awesome view, room on 30th floor. Apartment (three bedroom) a little dated but clean and tidy. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Little bit of general maintenance needed, spa bath not working, handles falling off taps but nothing major. All good, would recommend.
