Located on the 31^st floor of Chevron Renaissance are two 3-bedroom apartments – Apartment 1312 and Apartment 1314. Both apartments are luxurious, elegantly furnished and spacious enough to accommodate 6 guests (8 guests for a surcharge fee). These apartments include a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a lounge, a dining area and a private balcony. While Apartment 1312 has 2.5 bathrooms and 1 free car park, Apartment 1314 has 2 bathrooms and 2 free car parks. Both apartments include Foxtel Premium and unlimited Wi-Fi for free.

Floor 12 of Moroccan Resort

Experience beachside living from the 12^th floor of the Moroccan Resort, where we manage Apartment 251 and Apartment 252. Both apartments include 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, a lounge, a dining area, a private balcony and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. These apartments can accommodate 4 guests (6 guests for a surcharge fee) and come with a free car parking space. Both apartments offer grand views of the ocean and are incredibly close to Surfers Paradise beach.

Floor 19 of Moroccan Resort

Also at the Moroccan Resort, but located on the 19^th floor are two 3-bedroom apartments – Apartment 286 and Apartment 287. Both apartments are immaculately furnished, come with a free car park and are packed with modern facilities and amenities. While we offer Foxtel Premium for free at both apartments, Apartment 286 also comes with unlimited free Wi-Fi. Both apartments are spacious enough to accommodate up to 6 guests (8 guests for a surcharge fee).

Floor 21 of Orchid Residences

Lastly, and for something a little more luxurious, consider these two 2-bedroom apartments at Orchid Residences – Apartment 12102 and Apartment 12103. Located on the 21^st floor, these luxurious apartments are spacious enough to accommodate up to 4 guests (6 guests for a surcharge fee). Both come with unlimited Wi-Fi, Foxtel Premium and a car park for free. They are immaculately furnished and include a lounge, a dining area, a private balcony and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
