All information for collection of keys to check in and check out was seamless.  Every aspect of the advertising was bang on and will be using this service again.  The hotel was exceptional and facilities rated very high.  Location was perfect.  Thanks for making every step of my booking very easy and user friendly. We were all very happy with our stay.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Located close to the heart of Surfers paradise with fantastic views out over the beach. Check -in process went smoothly as communication sent prior to our arrival was excellent. The car park assigned to our room was occupied upon our arrival, but after reading the instructions supplied we managed to use one of the other listed parks. Enjoyed our stay that much we have rebooked for next year.

Was perfect for a short stay for my son and I but would also fit a family of four very comfortably. Only draw back was the trying to get down in the elevator during peak periods of the day but that has nothing to do with the apartment.

Always a great stay with GCHR. Only book through GCHR  for my Gold Coast stays as I know it’s always good quality accommodation and have been booking with them  since 2014. I thank you once  again for a perfect stay and unit GCHR!
