April was our busiest month ever.
Great news! In April, we experienced our busiest month ever, in terms of number of groups staying in the month – another record.
Despite the challenging time in Queensland, our occupancy rates for properties in Surfers Paradise was 80%, on par with last year. The Rolling 12 months occupancy rates for 3 bedroom apartments is 77%, for 2 bedroom apartments 69%.
