Located close to the heart of Surfers paradise with fantastic views out over the beach. Check -in process went smoothly as communication sent prior to our arrival was excellent. The car park assigned to our room was occupied upon our arrival, but after reading the instructions supplied we managed to use one of the other listed parks. Leticia Baird3 days agoOverall it was a beautiful stay. Location and apartment it self and facilities perfect. But just a few maintence issues in the building that need to be looked at. Getting the keys was a little bit of a hassle and and help we needed we couldnt get as the phone number just rang out or asked to leave a message that we never heard back from anyway.
